This episode is a must-listen for all of us who have said things we didn't mean - or maybe still struggle in some moments of frustration to say what we mean. Too often, we say things in frustration about our kids - they are "being a jerk" or "being a brat" or "being a baby." None of these things are helpful to our kids or our relationship with them.
