Show Notes

This episode is all about "right-sizing" your life. Who knew that was even a thing?!?  Nicole McNelis joins the podcast to share her process for moving through life in a way that honors who we are and what we want our life to be. Her three-step model - A.C.A. - is threaded with self-compassion and practical ways to implement this model in everyday interactions and decisions. This episode is also cross-listed on my other podcast, Things you learn in therapy, because I believe it is powerful for this audience as well!!
